Marketo, Responsys, Eloqua, GetResponse, 스티비, 오즈메일러, 비즈메일러 등 이메일 마케팅에 관련된 어플리케이션을 사용하고 계신다면 참고하셔도 좋은 자료입니다. 총 발송 숫자에 관한 평균 오픈율은? 발송 타겟 숫자(Sends)가 40억이 넘는 엄청난 데이터를 가지고 있네요. 그에 대한 평균 오픈율은 약 13.5%라고 합니다. 언뜻 보기에는 낮아 보이지만이는 평균값입니다. 값들의 차이가 너무 극명하게 나다보면 평균값이 무의미할 때가 종종 있습니다. 그래서 중간값도 제시해주고 있는데 바로 19.9%입니다. 이메일을 담당하고 있는 마케터들에게 공평한 목표 수치로 적용될 수 있으니 참고하시기 바랍니다. 중간값의 의미란? 본 리포트는 R 언어 기반으로 하여 데이터 분석을 실행히습니다. 평균값이 아닌 중간값을 한번 볼까요? 오픈율의 중간값을 19.9% 입니다. 4027명 중에 743명이 열어봤다는 것의 의미는 19.9%가 아니다. 이메일을 열어보는 것보다 보내는 것의 분배가 더 크다는 것을 보여줍니다. 그럼에도 750이 주는 의미 > 좋은 오픈율을 얻기 위해서는 많이 오픈해야 하낟. 이메일을 구독하지 않은 사람들보다 이메일을 열어서 10%시간을 할애안사람들이 훨씬 가치있다. 그 이상의 숫자가 나오지 않을 경우...
